Weather forecast

We don’t always know what weather is to come. Researching and looking at weather forecasts are some help however they are not 100% correct. A forecast can give us an idea for how to prepare and what to do. This is important to help with the expectations, anxiety, and fear we may feel with our time. How we cope with our feelings can help us manage things and healthy coping skills are important to manage things in a healthy way for all of us.

Loving and caring for others might be part of work, play, family, or friends. We love doing it and may also feel exhausted from doing it too much. We want to on some days and may not want to on others. However we have needs and others have needs too. It is important to find support and encouragement for strength to keep us going. I recently confirmed elderly care services for family and a Community and Senior Advocate reached out to me sharing supports and services to help caregivers like us. Remember what can help us feel connected.
