I would like to continue the feeling of our mind/body and share awareness of the “brain changing” benefits of exercise. Stretching is a good way to do it however our energy level may not match that. We might need more movement, heartbeats, and breaths.
Our motivation is not always present however take it when you can. Scheduling routines, workout buddies, and goals can help this (lack of) motivation on those “cloudy” days. If we can begin a few regular sessions and feel those endorphins maybe there can be more commitment. Our bodies will thank us, literally!
My life includes bike riding, hiking, and softball (with appropriate knee brace). If you want to run, cross fit, and swim, go for it! Wendy Suzuki agrees.
